|Recommended: YesThe 6th Talina — Ms. Marla and her property staff are doing a great job. It's good to be able to talk to someone and have concerns addressed in a timely manner. I would like to suggest that a small on-site laundry facility be added. The current apartment set-up assumes that every resident wants the added expense of purchasing renting a washer and dryer.
|Recommended: YesProperty Manager — I have enjoyed having Mrs. Marlar Statham our property manager She has exceptional communication skill, reacts really fast on an array of problems that was going on in my apartment. She is highly efficient and organized. Mrs. Statham is the most reliable apartment property manager I have ever seen to make sure that every that need fixed is fixed quickly. She makes sure that appearance of the property is awesome with the lawn care and the trash dumpster area clean. Anytime I call the office or stop by you can find her there doing her job.
